£38,000 OTE

The Role

 

We are a Business Telecommunications company, which has grown significantly in the last 12 years.

 

This is an attractive opportunity for someone who possesses a strong sales ability to aid our continued growth aspirations.

 

You will join our existing desk-based sales team and be responsible for generating appointments for our Field Based consultants.

 

Based on experience, we are offering a competitive Salary, plus a generous uncapped commission structure which offers a realistic and achievable OTE of £38,000+, which our staff are already earning.

 

The role involves cold calling businesses throughout the North, promoting our products and services.​

 

You should be articulate, possess strong communication skills and have an ambition to succeed, with the ability to handle objections and rejection constructively.

 

A high level of energy is crucial, with a drive to overachieving targets. You should also have an ambitious career attitude with a view to achieving long term career goals, whilst noting we also want a team player who works well in a positive manner with other team members.

 

We always look to promote from within our organisation, therefore future prospects such as Field Sales and Team Leadership will be available if successful within telemarketing role.

 


Minimum experience required

 

Proven track record in Telephone Sales

Proven ability to self-generate leads and overcome objections

To contact all types of businesses on a daily basis and make appointments

 

To ensure all appointments are made following the criteria set out by the company

 

To promote Fixed Telephone lines, Mobiles, Broadband, Telephone Systems to Businesses.

 

To achieve/exceed individual appointment targets set out by the Sales Manager

 

To provide effective day to day support for field sales consultants

 

To achieve/exceed individual KPI targets set out by the Sales Manager

The Role

We are a Telecoms company which has been trading for over 12 years and are looking for a quick learning and fast paced individual to join our team. L A Comms Ltd is looking for someone who possesses excellent communication skills, is a quick learner and can think on their feet, to help support our operations team. Your role as a Administrator & Customer Service Advisor you will concentrate on customer service and a mixture of faults diagnostics, billing and technical support issues. You should be calm, technically minded, fast paced, positive with the ability to handle customers and suppliers effectively. You should have a “can do attitude”, with a strong desire to succeed and possess excellent I.T, business communication skills, with a polite but assertive telephone manner.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • CRM task Management – Quickly and Efficiently
  • To place orders with accuracy and attention to detail
  • To log customer faults and issues with suppliers and engineering teams effectively and quickly
  • To manage technical enquiries in relation to wireless routers, data connectivity and networking
  • To provide effective day to day support to existing customers
  • To be competent with Excel, word, Outlook, Web portals and quick to learn technical processes
  • To manage overall workload effectively; ensuring work is prioritised appropriately
  • To collect outstanding customer invoices via card payment

Knowledge, Skills, Experience:

  • Telecom and Customer Service Background – Advantage
  • Excellent Business Communications skills – Both written and Verbal
  • Proactive and positive with a "Can Do" attitude
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • Competent working alone or as part of a team
  • Logical approach to problem solving
  • Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints
  • Punctual and good attendance
  • Good understanding of customer services
