The Role
We are a Business Telecommunications company, which has grown significantly in the last few years.
This is an attractive opportunity for someone who possesses a strong sales ability to aid us in our next phase of growth.
You will join our existing desk based sales team and be responsible for generating Appointments for our Field Based consultants.
Based on experience, we are offering a Salary of £15,000 to £17,500, plus a generous uncapped commission structure which offers an OTE of £25,000+
You will cold call various businesses throughout the North West, promoting our products and services.
We expect our sales executives to lead by example and demonstrate a “can do” attitude, they need to have a hunger to succeed and over achieve sales targets.
You should be articulate, possess strong communication skills and have an ambition to succeed, with the ability to handle objections and rejection constructively.
A high level of energy is crucial, with a drive to over achieving target, but you should also have an ambitious career attitude with a view to achieving long term career goals, whilst noting we also want a team player who works well in a positive manner with other Team Members.
We always look to promote from within our organisation, therefore future prospects such as Field Sales and Team Leadership will be available if successful within telemarketing role.

Experience:
The Role
We are a Business Telecommunications company, which has grown significantly in the last 10 years.
We are now looking for someone who possesses a strong technical understanding and has good provisioning, billing and fault finding qualities to support the growth of our operations team.
In your role as Customer Service and Provisioning Adviser you will concentrate on customer service and a mixture of provisioning, faults diagnostics (Phone lines/Broadband mainly), billing and general administration work.
You should be calm, fast paced, technically minded, positive with the ability to handle customers and suppliers effectively.
You should have a can do attitude, with a strong desire to succeed and possess excellent I.T, communication and administration skills, with a polite but assertive telephone manner.
